Students should demonstrate an interest in the humanities, the potential for high academic achievement, good citizenship, and the ability to work independently.

How to Apply:

Students should obtain an application packet from any middle school guidance department or by following this link to the CCPS website. This link will take you directly to portion of the site dedicated to specialty centers. Applications are available for downloading there. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.

Students will complete applications and return these along with letters of recommendation and an essay to their guidance counselor.

Students will participate in an interview.

Center staff will evaluate each student based on the interview and admissions packet.
- Offers of acceptance will be given to all qualified individuals.
