From the South of Richmond - using I-95:
Follow I-95 north to the Chippenham Parkway North (Rte. 150) exit. Take Chippenham Parkway North to the Hopkins Road exit. From the exit ramp, turn right onto Hopkins Road and stay in the right lane. The next light will be Cogbill Road. Turn right onto Cogbill Road. The Fulghum Center will be ahead on the right.

From the North of Richmond - using I-95:
Follow I-95 south to the Chippenham Parkway North (Rte. 150) exit. Take Chippenham Parkway North to the Hopkins Road exit. Follow the exit ramp to the light. Turn right onto Hopkins Road and stay in the far right lane. The next light will be Cogbill Road. Turn right onto Cogbill Road. The Fulghum Center will be ahead on the right.

From downtown Richmond or northern Chippenham Parkway (Rte. 150):
Follow the Downtown Expressway across the river to the Powhite Parkway (Rte. 76). After the tollbooth, stay to the left and take the Chippenham Parkway South (Rte. 150 South) exit. Follow Chippenham Parkway South to the Hopkins Road exit. Follow the exit ramp up the hill to the light. Turn left onto Hopkins Road and get into the far right land. At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Cogbill Road. The Fulghum Center will be ahead on the right.

From Powhite Parkway (Rte. 76) and Chippenham Parkway (Rte. 150), South of Richmond:
Follow the Powhite Parkway north, towards Richmond to the Chippenham Parkway South (Rte. 150 South) exit. Follow Chippenham Parkway south to the Hopkins Road exit. Follow the exit ramp up the hill to the light. Turn left onto Hopkins Road and get into the far right lane. At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Cogbill Road. The Fulghum Center will be ahead on the right.
